sean matthew howardHi.Sean here.I do a little work on the page, on the stage and on the...umm......dammit...I can't think of a painting word that rhymes.Anyway. This is me - the oldest of the Saint Schizophrenia Brothers. I'm the one you'll see out in public most. Taxiing family members. Buying groceries. Washing the car. Doing the occasional art show or poetry slam. I used to stand on the road to confuse and amuse motorists with my Cardbored Signs. Maybe I'll do it again one day.But as far as work goes, (which is probably why you're reading this) I have several series that I dip in and out of. One of my favorites is called "A Boy's Life" where I'm just exploring all of the things that made my childhood livable. I also have a series called "Seanerisms" where I turn phrases and ideas around and end up with painting ideas. Maybe they're like puzzles. Maybe they're wastes of paints. I don't really care.I also do commissions. People seem to really dig the way I capture their kids in oils so I have done quite a few of those. And then there are other weird things I've done as commissions. They're around here somewhere.Oh man, enough with the blahblahblah. Sorry about that.Thanks for stopping by.
